Construction Kaiser is a Nigerian indigenous building and civil engineering company, established in 1993 by its pioneer managing director, Engr. I.E. Okaisabor.

It started very small as a 5-man organisation in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria and attained rapid growth to establish the Lagos regional office in 2003 and then Abuja regional office in 2008, having successfully executed various projects in south southern and south eastern part of the country.Turnover and work orders increased over 400% from 2005 - 2008.

It undertakes construction projects in heavy engineering, residential and commercial development and currently executes projects in different geo – political zones of the country with a staff strength of 135, about half of which are industry professionals.

Its country wide operation is supported by about N550m(USD 4.5M) construction equipments asset base and which includes 2nr concrete batching plants (30m3 per hour each) concrete trucks, excavators, payloaders, proprietary formwork system, Scaffolds system, dump trucks, cement trucks, tower crane, mobile crane, back hoe, concrete pump, fully equipped materials testing laboratory and a wide range of specialist survey equipment including total stations.

The company clientèle ranges from private to public and multinationals in different sectors of the economy. These include MTN Communications Nigeria. Ltd, Standard Chartered Bank, Marubeni Incorporation, GTBank, Card Systems, Fairshores Ltd., and Faj Estates Ltd, to mention few.

The company is managed by a team of seasoned professionals in each of its three regional locations (Lagos. Abuja and Port Harcourt) and headed by the managing director.
